Abboud Tours & Travel – Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits

• 25% deposit per person is required to confirm the booking.
• Acceptance of the deposit confirms agreement to the itinerary and these terms.
• Bookings not secured with a deposit within 7 days may be cancelled without notice.
• Orders can be made via email, website, or in-store. Booking is confirmed only upon mutual agreement of itinerary, cost, and terms.

2. Group Size & Pricing

• Tours may proceed with fewer than 4 participants, but pricing may be adjusted.
• Cancellations due to insufficient registration are decided 20 days before departure.
• Small group surcharges vary by trip.

3. Final Payment

• Full payment is due 15 days before the tour begins.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Changes to Booking

• Requests must be submitted in writing at least 20 days before departure.
• We will confirm whether changes can be made. Additional costs for changes are the traveler’s responsibility.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

• No refund is given for unused services after the start of the tour.
• Changing to a different tour or departure date is considered a cancellation.
• If a cruise is unable to dock at Ashdod or Haifa, a full refund will be issued.

6. Third-Party Services

Hotels

• Substitute accommodations of similar quality may be arranged if booked hotels are unavailable.
• Standard check-in: 15:00; check-out: 11:00. Extended times are subject to availability.

Flights

• Airline cancellation policies apply and are governed by the airline’s own terms.

7. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is required and should cover medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, etc.
• Abboud Tours may assist during emergencies but is not liable for uninsured losses.

8. Payment Methods

• Contact Abboud Tours for payment instructions.
• Accepted methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, Visa/MasterCard (3.75% fee), Western Union.
• Credit card payments require passport and cardholder ID.

9. Rate Validity

• All prices subject to change without notice.
• Quoted in USD unless stated otherwise.

10. Visas, Vaccines & Documentation

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and complying with health regulations.
• Passports should be valid at least 6 months beyond the return date.
• Abboud Tours is not liable for losses due to non-compliance with entry requirements.

11. Claims & Complaints

• No refunds for refusal of entry, or voluntary withdrawal during the tour.
• Attempt to resolve issues during the trip. If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 30 days.

12. Responsibility & Liability

• Abboud Tours acts as a tour operator/agent and is not liable for changes due to strikes, illness, weather, or force majeure.
• We reserve the right to alter routes, schedules, or participants at our discretion.
• Travelers must be self-reliant or accompanied by someone who can assist them.

13. Hotel Swimming Pools

• Inform hotel staff if you plan to use the swimming pool.
• Children and seniors must be supervised by a capable adult.
• No lifeguard may be present. Swim at your own risk.
