Transportation Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of our shuttle transportation services. By booking a ride, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking
- All bookings must be made in advance using our website, phone, or WhatsApp channel.
 - Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination information.
 - Same-day bookings are subject to availability.
 
2. Payments
- We accept payments via PayPal or in cash upon pickup (where applicable).
 - Full payment must be made before the ride begins unless agreed otherwise.
 - Prices are quoted in ILS (Israeli Shekel) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
 
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
 - No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of pickup time.
 - Refunds for PayPal payments may take 3–5 business days.
 
4. Delays and Waiting Time
- Our drivers will wait up to 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time.
 - Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
 - We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 
5. Conduct and Safety
- Passengers must wear seat belts and behave respectfully at all times.
 - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting aggressively or violating safety regulations.
 - Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside vehicles.
 
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.
 - Our liability is limited to the value of the transportation service provided.
 
7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
 - Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
